With the onset of epidemic diseases and lockdowns all over the country in 2020, many companies around the world have decided to implement the work-to-home model to keep things going. Even though some companies have started recalling their employees almost a year after the global lockout was imposed in 2020, many leading brands are looking to move from a permanent home culture to work.

As shared by LinkedIn and the Economic Times, these major companies are recognizing job roles where people can work permanently.

Tata Steel

Tata Steel It has recently started perfect work from home for permanent work for some roles, its main group HR officer, Atreya Sarkar, told ET. Group firm Tata Consultancy Services has already said that three-quarters of its 448,000 strong workers will work remotely up to 202 remote.

Phillips
