The year of the pandemic has just ended, and people have started to look forward to the things they couldn’t enjoy last year. The first quarter of the year 2021 is over and things have gradually started to improve.
Not only has the global economy picked up and the COVID19 vaccine has been introduced, there are many little things that many people look forward to as well. Since the whole world was locked up, apart from many other things, people could not enjoy the beloved IPL series to maximum.
The first match of IPL 2021 will be held on April 9 between Mumbai Indians AND Royal Challengers Bangalore and cricket fans are eagerly awaiting it.
MS DhoniChennai Super King did not have a very fruitful year before. Simply stated, they had the hardest time as few of their players and staff members tested positive for COVID-19. The 2020 IPL was held in the UAE due to the pandemic. Also, Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh were unable to play for the team due to personal reasons. This tied the fate of CSK from the start.
To make things more optimistic and to cheer everyone up, CSK have released the first look of their new jersey that has not changed since 2008.

The team has incorporated a camouflage on the shoulder with gold bands on the edge that is a tribute to the Indian Defense Forces. Apart from this, the jersey also features mysterious three beginnings over the team logo. Obviously, the stars signify CSK’s three IPL victories over the years.
CSK they are the second most successful team in the tournament after Mumbai Indians, who have won the IPL title five times.
MS Dhoni had been training with the Chennai Super Kings in Mumbai, where they will play their first IPL 2021 game against Delhi Capitals on April 10. According to India Today, Dhoni also ran a preparatory camp with some of his teammates in Chennai before flying to Mumbai in the last week of March.
