You do not need a college degree to work with Tesla. By 2022, founder Elon Musk confirms that the Tesla factory in Austin will require more than 10,000 workers. It is known as Giga Texas and is approximately 15 minutes from the airport.
In a tweet shared by him, he brings this new update stating that you don’t need to be qualified to work for one of the largest companies in the world. Your passion and skills will take you further, and Musk has been a firm believer in the same thing ever since he founded Tesla and SpaceX.
It also lists some suggestions of working with Tesla and the advantages it will have in one’s personal and professional growth. You can finish school and join this Gigafactory in Austin without having to worry about college.

As mentioned in the tweet, the number of opportunities is plentiful as the company will hire entry-level professionals for experts in their fields. Since Tesla also partners with some of the best universities and organizations in Texas, one can expect to get a job for years to come without worrying about expense or job insecurity.
Plus, the Texas Austin plant will see a big jump in progress between 2021 and 2022 from the upcoming electric Cybertruck and its Model Y crossovers. This decade appears to be owned by Musk, and he’s rightly proving it one tweet at a time.
